Q Do you insure the equipment?

A The risk in the equipment will pass immediately to the customer on receipt of the equipment. It is then the responsibility of the customer to insure the equipment for the duration of the hire period.

Q When do I pay and How do I pay?

A Payment can be made prior to or on delivery by debit or credit card. For longer periods we ask you to sign a Direct debit or credit card authority to collect further payments when due. Minimum hire period is 4 weeks.

Q Where do you deliver to?

A Mainly the Herts / Essex / Cambs areas but would gladly quote for deliveries further afield.

Q How long will delivery take?

A Usually between 3-5 working days.

Q Can I keep the equipment for longer than the original hire period?

A We will contact you prior to the end of your original contract expiry date to see if you wish to extend your contract. If so, you simply make a further credit/debit card payment.

Q Do you carry out credit checks?

A Yes, we check the electoral roll to ensure that you are residing at the delivery address. Upon delivery, we will ask to see two forms of ID to include passport, driver’s licence or utility bill.

Q Do you carry out safety checks?

A Yes, every piece of equipment is checked before delivery and on delivery you will receive a copy of safety and operation instructions.

Q Can I buy equipment from you?

A Yes, we have a range of new and ex-hire models that are excellent value. Great rental rebates on the equipment you are hiring.

Q Can you give me advice on my fitness workout?

A There is a wealth of info contained in this web-site about exercise and the benefits of each machine. However, before you embark on any form of exercise or diet, we strongly recommend that you consult your doctor.
